SafePro® B-LC-48 is a single strain culture composed of homofermentative Lactobacillus Curvatus. It grows well at temperatures down to 4°C and survives freezing.
The culture removes oxygen, produces bacteriocin and suppresses growth of spoilage and pathogenic bacteria

 Directions: The contents of the sachet are added when grinding, cutting or mixing at the start of the process with other drying ingredients to ensure even distribution.

 Dosage: 25g per 100 kg of meat
